Foodie Friday- Apricot & Sage Stuffed Chops

I don't know about you but I LOVE stuffing. Why wait until Thanksgiving to enjoy such a treat when you can savor this end of summer spin on things. I recently made this recipe for Apricot & Sage Stuffed Pork Chops for the fam. YUM!!! I only made a few adjustments. Mainly that I used fresh sage and I browned the pork chops on either side before placing them in the oven. It turned out delicious. Give it a try and happy Labor Day weekend everyone!!!
